Hey Folks, and all security officers out there.
Two more window smash/laptop burglaries took place last night, 6/15 in Sunnyvale. This brings my count to 21 known incidents and I’m sure there are more. We are following leads but I don’t have anything solid to keep an eye out for.
We suspect the crooks are:
· primarily black male adults, 18-25
· They always wear hoods or scarf’s to hide faces
· Typical entry is via window smash but doors both locked and unlocked have been seen.
· Vehicles vary from sedan’s to SUV’s
· They don’t care about Security (either vehicle or foot patrols)
· They don’t care about videos
· The losses have not been located
· Target locations are often cased prior to the break in
· Break in’s typically happen during the night hours
Please pass this intel to your security departments and have them
report suspicious vehicles. Any information would be appreciated.
