Hello There My Fellow Bloggers
Please check out my new Blog site, link above, and let me know what you think. I will be posting my poetry there, and hopefully attracting some attention and activity to my new website (www.victoryp.com) in order to sell a few books! Please feel free to pass this along to any of your friends and/or e-mail correspondants.
Thank you,
Yolanda

And if it wasn't for me who had created my mother's new blog page for her poetry books, she would of been lost in a poem out there. Thank you mother for allowing me to create your new blog page, I'm sure your followers will be quite amazed. Your Son.
Free Public Phone Books
Free! Free! Free! (redwood city)
Free Valley Yellow Pages Phone Books. They were tossed in the green recycling dumpster at my post,
from the company I provide 24 hour security for. Come on by and take a free phone book, or take them all
and pass them around to your friends and family. Some businesses often cannot be found online,
or much likely give out the wrong business name and address.
Some of us still often wonder how a computer ever works at all.
The address is listed below:
2221 Hopkins Ave, Redwood City, CA 94062-2161
Cross Streets are Lowell and Myrtle. Please, search our address online. We like that.
They are all sitting outside our front porch waiting to be taken.
(Books only, mind the plastic bin)
My community deed of the week. Cheers.

What to do when you see a mountain lion
At 10:50 am this Sunday morning, a mountain lion was seen in the vicinity of the
1750 block of Cordilleras Road in Redwood City. The mountain lion was traveling uphill from a creek area in an area of open acreage. Sheriff's Deputies responded to the area to investigate and found tracks. Currently, no additional
information is available.
If you see a mountain lion DO NOT APPROACH IT, especially one that is feeding or
with kittens. Most mountain lions will try to avoid confrontation.
Here are a few tips:
Avoid hiking or jogging when mountain lions are most active—dawn, dusk, and at
night.
Keep a very close watch on small children.
If you encounter a mountain lion, do not run; instead, face the animal, make
noise and try to look bigger by waving your arms; throw rocks or other objects.
Pick up small children.

Wireless devices) through SMC AlertA note from my friend, from St. Pius Church.

Hello everyone-
Hello everyone-
Are you ready to get a little down and dirty for Christ? On Saturday, March 27th from 9am- 12pm you are invited to participate in a Lenten service project. We will help the Kelly Avenue Catholic Worker of Half Moon Bay start a small farm and build a shed. They will use the variety of fruits and vegetables from this farm at their weekly breakfasts for 30-50 guests and to be distributed to others in need. The Kelly Avenue Catholic Worker of Half Moon Bay is a multi-service organization that is dedicated to serving the poor of Half Moon Bay and the surrounding coastal towns. If you are interested, please join us at the Coastside Lutheran Church in Half Moon Bay at 900 N. Cabrillo Highway (Highway 1). Please call or email Laura at 361-1411 or laura@pius.org, if you are planning to attend or for more information.
Hopefully, a lot of you can come. This is a great opportunity to not only do great work, but to meet some pretty incredible people and see how they minister to the "least" among us (Matthew 25). If anyone wants to carpool, I am happy to organize a carpool from St. Pius.
Also, on Thursday, March 25th we will have our next Theology by the Glass at 7:00 pm at Angelica's Bistro. It was great to see Irene and Victor at the last one. The details for the event should be on the website www.pius.org (click on Adult Faith Formation than Speaker Series) by the end of this week.
Blessings,
Laura
